A limited GPSR information resource

This English-language service is intended for small brands and sellers offering ordinary non-food consumer products to EU consumers. It does not determine whether an individual product is compliant.

Official sources and versions

Published conclusions link to their official documents and specific provisions. Consolidated texts help with reading; legislative text, amendments and corrigenda establish the legal basis. FAQ and guidance are identified separately from legislation.

Independent review

The published Article 19 listing information guide and Article 16 responsible person guide are developer-curated and independently reviewed by an AI model against their cited evidence. Review covers each specific answer, not every AI-generated answer. AI agreement does not establish legal correctness or professional certification. Missing evidence, conflicting sources or unresolved applicability stay unpublished. Each page identifies its review method and coverage.

Maintenance

The current guides use recorded source imports and maintenance checks. Some source body and version checks run automatically; complete legal impact review and relationship monitoring are not fully automated. Source check times are displayed separately from content review dates. An unavailable or overdue necessary source may suspend the answer rather than leave an outdated conclusion visible.

Corrections

If information changes, the current page is corrected or withdrawn. Withdrawn answers are not retained as public historical text.

Responsibility and corrections

Product Compliance Tracker is the publishing and maintenance identity for this developer-maintained resource. The site maintainer selects the material, prepares the summaries and manages corrections and withdrawals. No named legal reviewer or professional accreditation is claimed. Official documents remain the authority; this service does not assess individual products.

Use the corrections channel to contact the maintainer about errors, missing conditions or source problems. A report should identify the page, statement and relevant official provision so it can be checked.
